BEDROOMS: One bedroom and bath is downstairs and the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Sleeps 8 on firm, queen-sized mattresses with foam tops (the 9 seater couch can sleep another 2!) with feather duvets and variety of pillows. LIGHTING: Push button light switches (some dimmable) recessed lighting. KITCHEN: coffee maker (12-cup or pod capable), microwave, dishwasher, Refrig & Range, wine cooler, cooking essential pots & pans, glassware, bowels & plates, 4 levels of variety of glasses. PARKING: plenty of free street parking (8 cars immediately around property). BACKYARD: Charcoal and propane BBQ grill. Zen garden has stepping stones and sand not kid or pet friendly. Gates divide back half of the property from the front. Fruit in the Backyard (orange, marionberry, tangerine, lemon, fig; & rosemary, lavender, & tomatoes). Swing on the hammock. The ZEN garden in backyard is not kid or PET friendly, gated from the front sections. In backyard, off limits: garage, driveway, garage studio and the garage in back corner of the property. The studio in the backyard occasionally gets rented out. Please inquire. Guests need to demonstrate they have read and understand the house rules and listing. Answering questions to #1-5 will help guests be considered for approval. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning only and any extra cleaning will be charged at $35/hr. The basic cleaning fee does not cover extra time required to return home back to the condition found. This includes, but not limited to: moving furniture back to original locations, extra cleaning for time to: to remove stains, spots, spills, taking trash out, put dishes away, clean oven & stove stop dirtiness, or evidence of a party. Do not move furniture or Sonos sound system. Min $40/hr painting. Keep water fixtures free of water stains to avoid corrosion of metal resulting in replacement charges at plumbers rates. If you do not checkout on time, you may be charged up to a full nights stay. The studio on the backyard may be rented if an additional 1-2 guests need a room otherwise it does get occasionally rented out. Please inquire. Up to 2 pets allowed under 20lbs. $150 pet fee. Breed Restrictions : Pit bulls, Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids not allowed. The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities.
